world class transport system and yet the train's speed slow down considerably and pause often just because there is a short downpour?!?
WTH..
it's not as if sg don't rain..

are the tracks in such poor state that with rain, it malfunctions or is it the train's fault?

peak period travel time is much longer than the stipulated time..
& still got e cheek to ask for fare hike and offers promise of better service.
those who believe you will be true naive...
