Food For Thought
快慢

都说这是一个讲求速度的时代。凡事都要追求个快字，交通工具越来越高速，通讯速度越来越快，就连吃饭交往、职场升迁，无不要求越快越好。
在这样的大势之下，每个人似乎渐渐失去了耐性，也不知不觉间越来越自我。“快”字本身并无标准定义，而是“一种比较的状态”，有时是自己比自己的横向比较，更多却是与他人比拼的纵向比划。
大家都在求快，自然加紧脚步拼命超越，为了更快，只能死命往前冲，期望把其他人都抛在后头，这样一来“我执和自我”占据人性，滋长一种“听我的”心态，于是大家的嘴巴和耳朵的功能，也慢慢在失调状态，明显的例子就是一般人只懂用嘴，却不习惯使用耳朵。
这种情况十分的矛盾，经常用嘴的人，偏偏希望他的受众，脸部最好只有耳朵，不长嘴巴。换句话说，我们往往要别人听你的想法和意见，却不愿意张大耳朵，聆听别人的说法。
本来我们的五官各司其职，具备同等重要的不同功能，使用的物品就体现这些特点，你看电话的听筒，不就是两端一边“司听”一边“主说”？口耳交替运用，别人说时耐心听，自己说时也预留时间，让对方有机会回话。
回头来看所谓的快，乍看之似乎是个优点，其实负面作用还真不少，因为快速行驶，发生交通事故，伤亡肯定惨重；因为与时间赛跑，你就错失欣赏空间的机会，因为快吃快喝，你也无法享受饮食的美味。
摄像速度可以调快或放慢，在快速播放下，那些急促翻转的画面，哪有刻意放慢的镜头好看？你看短跑健儿百米竞赛冲线，篮球员上网灌篮；蝶式游泳好手游到终点，滑动有力臂膀，水花溅起的一刻，慢镜头观赏就特别的精彩。
生命本来就很短暂，人生在世的目的，不是为了来工作，辛勤做事是为美好生活而服务，千万不要本末倒置。我们当然明白没有好的工作，如何保证满意的生活，这看似“鸡与蛋”的命题，关键在你怎样诠释生命的品质。搞清楚这一点，工作便只会是生活的工具，反之人就成了工作的奴隶。

realli not bad..
first time watching soccer match at a stadium (abit e facepalm right? lolz) & e ambiance is great!
but dunno why when i go somewhere i tend to coincidentally see ppl whom i know
& i realli become cam whore liao though my 自拍 skills still sux big time..
1 event can take 168 photos plus dunno how mani in SX's camera ;p
then hav to thank SX for accompanying me ^^
now its e end of YOG le..
can time dun fly so fast?? ='(

a big furor going on in my most frequented forum..
missed out on e 1st drama cos e frequency of me reading & posting there has been on e decline
but i realli dun get it..
ppl shd knw tt online is a place where there are tons of ppl who jus shoot anything/everything under the name of anonymity, esp in e forum where they are termed as 'keyboard warriors'..
so why get so worked up over online comments??
if one can disregard what a stranger said to you in real life as bull**** & bochap or if one can take negative things tt happen in real life in his/her stride & move on, i dun understand how come one cant jus laugh it off when reading online comments?
& in e end onli u suffer...
anyway on shopping mode right now, cos my fave mayuki is having sales!!
pouring over lotsa pages right now to snag some good buys.. =P

e hostage episode yesterday in e philippines sure shocked e world..
Personal feel is why din e police react earlier? I knw they nid time to prepare but 10 hrs?
& its jus a normal bus but e police cant break e glass window + door??
My condolences to e victims
then for e yog, e cubs actualli lost to haiti! To think e cubs are touted as e fave before e match..
Perhaps like wat others said, shdnt hav any expectation in e first place..
Spore atheletes seem to need coaching in stress management
right nw still in 2 minds abt going for e matches tml..
Dun understand why resale is not realli allowed cos i dun think personal info is required when purchasing?
& it can also help to hav a more efficient allocation of resources lor =P
movin to BPL, surprise scorcematch for e past 2 wks.. Esp newcastle vs villa cos dun think villa is so weak leh..
& i certainly do hope liverpool will do better this season ^^
finally once again my sixth sense has been proven right.. High time to observe more + pay more attention to my subconcious?
