just read from newspaper tt currently the property mkt is a seller's mkt and then i read from a property agent brochure tt a 5rm in my same block with e same category 'high floor' selling for 420k..

jaw nearly dropped cos i rem in 08 e price is onli ard 350-380k..

wont be surprised it breach e half mil mark 3-5 yrs down e road..

at times i shudder to think tt if i got married, can i even afford a HDB flat??



& e Haiti situation is heartwrenching.. =(

certainly e ppl there deserves sth better..
wanna help but also helpless over wat to do..
