Takoyaki

ever tried making takoyaki?
if u wonder wat's tt, i suppose most of us will know the octupus/prawn/bacon chesse balls tts going for $2 or $2.20 for 3 at shopping centres or pasar malam.
yup tts right, e jap name is takoyaki n originates from Osaka.
n in japan, there's onli one ingredent which is octupus. so u can say sporeans are rather creative when it comes to food =P
anyway have 1st hand experience of making it when several of us meet up when chisako comes to spore.. have a good jap dinner at a fren's (sharon hse) and realise we all quite pro in making those balls.. perhaps we can go rent a stall n start selling.. ha ha
