He is among the first Korean Actor that I went ga-ga over.. =D loved him in "My Love Patazzi"!!! His specs + boyish smile = killer combi!! Unfortunately, his subsequent show is jus so-so and i am sort of hestitant to watch a drama jus bcos of him.. wonders why he takes up these not-so-good dramas.. anyway he has turned more mature now.. perhaps he can have a breakthrough role and make it big in the industry..

its been quite a long time since i pull an all-nighter.. even during my last astro overnite ob, i slept for like 2-3 hrs.. & plus last nite its not leisure.. & oso quite surprised tt i can tehan until now.. awake for 37 hours and counting..
realise i cant wake up early to do work even if i planned to.. not enuff determination.. cham.. so end up doing thesis e whole nite.. then aft consulting my supervisor, i realise i got a lot more to do.. *die* now realli doubt if i can complete on time..
no matter wat, i must do my best for it.. not jus for me, but also for my supervisor.. actualli i realise when i do things, i do it more for other ppl's sake.. eg O & A level.. why i wanted to do well in both is not bcos i care abt my future, but rather other ppl plays a more impt role in my studying hard for them..
hmm am i being weird? at times i feel tt its not good cos im acting as if i dun hav my own life.. but dunno leh, perhaps im not a veri ambitious person ba so i tend to take things easy so im more motivated to do things when other ppl are also involved.. anyway this is my last sem and i'll give my best and graduate with pride!

Another Korean shuai-ge.. lol... first notice him at "Mermaid Princess"(2002) and find him a good-looker.. but dun think tt show shot him to stardom.. its onli until "My Girl" that he became popular.. heard comments that his acting is just so-so.. hmm, no comment cos cant rem his acting liao.. then "My Girl" is still hiding somewhere in my collection..
when i was working in Robinsons a few yrs back, i saw how loyal customers can be and wondered wat exactly makes Robinsons stand out from a string of department stores (eg Tangs, Isetan, Seiyu). True, e sales staffs are friendly, service is thumb-ups but to me, it somehow lack e X factor.. perhaps cos Robinsons mainly cater to middle age customers and it was kinda not my type.. but right now i think i got a glimpse into e reasons behind its success..
by chance, i became a member of John Little (which is another department store under Robinsons & Co) a while ago and within two months of joining, i alr received invitation cum brochure/flyers to their exclusive for-members-only sales which features loads of discount which can be up to 40-50% off (there are plenty of discounts after discounts) and freebies etc.. & to think tt i join for free leh (no min purchase requirement etc) n all these privileges were extended to me liao.. & e frequency of such sales also impressed/surprised me.. they sure know how to treat members well.. im not too sure abt Robinson but my take is tt it will be similar..
IMHO, they offer e best deals to members.. more often than not, members were not notified of upcoming sales (tts from my experience, i can be wrong though) and membercard is often rendered useless during sales period.. this is not exactly of what i have in mind of rewarding card members.. on e other hand, Robinsons & Co is generous to its members.. perhaps it can afford to be generous cos it has been making healthy profits.. but to me, it make perfect sense to do so even if u r a small retailer.. 正所谓 “小财不出，大财不入” if u cant keep ur members happy and be regular patrons, u are possibly missing out large pool of customers (by referrals).. personally i feel that word-of-mouth marketing is one of the strongest tool ard, cos ppl tend to trust frens more than strangers and may be more willing to go by frens' recommendations..
so i guess success for retailers = word-of-mouth + good servies + resonable prices + z (any other factors).. verifiable thro regression.. lol.. if onli i can thought of this earlier, then i can use it as my thesis topic.. haha..
for me, i will start to recomend my frens to become members and confirm rooting for John Little when it comes to buying toileteries and comestics liao
it is onli until today then i realise im super inefficient.. can sit in front of e PC for more than 10 hours and onli manage to type out 7-8 pages... and its actualli e easier part!!! its jus paraphrasing.. no wonder behaviourial economists said ppl tend to underestimate e probability tt things will go wrong... nearing e state of panic...
realise ive quite a num of drafts in my backlog.. usu my post is quite long as i will type in my personal thoughts n opinions but currently i dun realli hav e luxury of time to do so... n it equals to half complete posts.. will clear them aft 4/4.. i promise.. meanwhile i will keep my post ASAP (as short as possible) =P
resolution doesnt work on me.. intend to type out 50% of my thesis over e wkend but guess wat? i decide to take a break on sat n spent most of my sunday on 2 proj n macro.. yes, macro is e killer... i cant believe it.. we (me, SX, ZL, C) alr spent hours discussing our ans on fri.. but when it comes to writing, im super duper wols la.. shitto.. then correction can also take me close to 2 hrs... *faint* all i can hope is tt this assgn earn me a decent grade... if not.. cant imagine my reaction.. & dark circles is making a return... no surprise as i dun hav enuff slp lately.. actualli cant believe im still wide awake now... cos i jus slept for 4+ hours this morning before i rush off to attend a meeting.. its part of introducing e company to potential candidates.. & its more fun than i thought.. somehow i reminds me of OCBC, like e atmosphere for both companies.. i think somehow i got this job liao but im still in 2 minds... dunno if i shd take it up leh.. got my reservations n doubts abt my ability...

Weekend Special: Korean Actress - Kim Tae Hee (金泰熙)
realise i havent been featuring actresses for a long time.. not that there are no outstanding and pretty actresses,.. but rather, there have been too mani shuai actors around (dun forget tt im a gal.. haha) anyway personally feel that Kim Tae Hee is a 气质美女, she oozes of elegance + beauty.. the only one whom i can think of that can rival her in this aspect is Son Ye Jin (孙艺珍).. such a natural beauty.. *envy*
Start to notice him in a rather old drama "Since I met you". He isn't exactly dashing then.. But he stands out in later dramas such as "Damo" & "Pheonix". Affectionately known as "Mr Dimple" by his fans, i feel that his selling point is his gentlemanly, slightly rugged and mature look. =D
